Terms and Conditions
Use of our website and the sale and purchase of goods from the website are governed by our terms and conditions as set out below. "We", "Us" or "Our" means sculpture-boutique.com. "You" or "your" means the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the Internet.
1. Prices, description and availability of goods
All prices are shown in GBP (Pounds Sterling). Prices other than those in GBP are shown for guidance purposes only. All goods are sold subject to availability. Both price and availability information is subject to change without notice, hence any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will endeavour to contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items displayed on our site may be mispriced. No contract exists between you and sculpture-boutique.com for the sale to you of any product unless and until we accept the order by taking payment for the goods. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology.
2. Sales tax
Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated on shipping destination. It is included in the price for orders shipped to destinations within the European Union (EU). For orders shipped to destinations outside the EU the price excludes VAT but orders may be subject to local sales tax or import duty. These are not included in our prices and customers remain liable for payment of these taxes or duties on or following delivery.
Orders shipped outside the EU but paid for with a card registered to an address within the EU are subject to VAT. This VAT will not be displayed in the shopping basket but will be added to the amount charged to your card.
3. Payment methods
All orders must be paid for by credit or UK debit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept payment by cheque or postal order, and you cannot pay in installments. Our payment partners, PayPal accept Visa (including Delta), Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Solo, and Eurocard. All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and credit / debit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.
4. Delivery arrangements
We will notify you if your goods are not able to be despatched within this timescale, e.g. some 'made to order' goods may take longer. The delivery costs for individual ietms vary and are shown depending on the shipping destination and the delivery service. Any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time in working days. Please note that there are some products that we do not ship to certain destinations, which will be indicated in the shopping basket.
5. Cancellation / returns
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to Sculpture Boutique - Sculpture Gallery within 7 working days from receipt of the goods, you will receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold.
Where you wish to return goods and do not have returns information, please email us at sales@sculpture-boutique.com including the full details of your purchase including your contact details, date of purchase and items purchased (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded.

Our fulfilment partner Merchants deliver all orders. By ordering goods from the Merchant you become one of their customers and the Merchant may contact you directly. 10.3. Cookies
A Cookie is a piece of data containing information about the user which may be stored on the user's hard drive. We do not use persistent Cookies which are stored on your computer, but we do use temporary 'Per session' Cookies for tracking your searches, shopping basket items and checkout details.
